custom exhaust for catamaran yacht

Sometimes boats are designed and available to the public but are not completely feasible. We worked on a catamaran with an exhaust issue (salt water intrusion) because of such a design flaw, which necessitated creating a custom trap exhaust within a very limited space within the pontoon hull.

The engine exchange was a simple procedure.  But without the correct diagnosis, the same problem might have returned.  The manufacturer has now altered the installation of their diesel engines within this hull configuration.
